All Things New

A Florida Native, Janelle has had the pleasure of serving youth and young adults throughout their journeys in life. From her work as a Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs to supporting high-risk youth at Boys Town, her passion for empowering the next generation is deeply personal—because she was once one of them.
She received UCF's prestigious 30 Under 30 Awards for her work in the Orlando area with youth.
She has had the opportunity to work and assist Nike WHQ on various projects in community. Currently she works for the NBA and George Fox as a adjunct Professor, she serves on the ABC Board for the Portland Trail Blazers, sits on the board of We Belong, and support Self Enhancement, Inc. (SEI), one of the largest Black-led nonprofits in the United States.
She is a poet, a sister, a wife to one man, a friend, and above all, a disciple of Jesus Christ.

"Sometimes people just need someone to recognize the seed in them. That is, the opportunity to grow into something beautiful. Just a little water, a little sun and ensuring it's planted in the right soil...the Lord will then give the increase. It is beautiful, for the Lord God makes everything beautiful in its own time."
