The Mission
Learn, Practice, Master It, Teach
The mission is simple. We built Sip & Flow off of the desire to provide second/third/fourth chances and mentor underserved young people and young adults in the vein of entrepreneurship, scholarship, community, and most importantly provide a strong spiritual foundation.

Proceeds to Sip & Flow will majorly go to enhancing the lives of and expanding opportunities to 16-20 year olds.

Why coffee and why teach business to 16-20 year olds?
​
Problem 1: In a 2022 report 2.1 Million young people between the ages of 16-24 dropout of high school in the US. (NCES) In 2025
Problem 2: In 2024 4.2 million homeless youth and young adults and of that over 700,000 are unaccompanied minors. (NCSL)
Problem 3: In 2024 The Department of BLS reported 18.7% of high school dropout were unemployed.

Solution: Our goal is to catch this group before they make the decision to leave school. We mentor, support, and provide job opportunities to our youth and young adults. We don't give up, but provide a space for them to develop business skills, learn, and get back on track.

Community
Sip & Flow provides a safe space for individuals to express themselves in a creative faith filled fashion. Through music and poetry giving glory to God.
As frequent travelers, we've had the opportunity to live all over the US. During that time, we found that the most important part to life is building community. During tough times or moments of excitement the first group we always want to turn to was our community.

Here, we foster a community that has your back. What greater way to do that over a cup of coffee?

Jesus Is The Way
We had some time that we spent at a nonprofit working diligently with foster care youth. During our time there, we learned some valuable lessons. One lesson being from Father Flanagan, he infamously said "[Everyone] should pray, I don't care how you pray, just pray".
​
For us, Jesus Christ is the only Way. He came so that you and I could have eternal life. This truth is the oxygen of Sip & Flow. We sip from a well that never runs dry and flow with the rhythm of the Holy Spirit. Every shift, coffee cup, merchandise, poetry/music set, every food item is prayed over. By faith we believe that whoever enters into Sip & Flow leaves encouraged, inspired, and refreshed.

We are not your average coffee shop. We are on mission to help those that are lost and build a foundation that God can look at and shout Well Done.
